You have received an automatic e-mail entitled "Keep in touch" in your student mailbox.

Please reply to this e-mail with your personal e-mail address so that you can stay in touch with the University and receive information concerning you.

If you missed this e-mail, please contact us at alumni@uliege.be including your first and last name, faculty and academic year of promotion. We will then manually add your personal e-mail address to our "Keep in touch" tool.

Send us an e-mail to alumni@uliege.be with your surname, first name, faculty and academic year of graduation.

Once we've verified your alumni status, we'll add your personal e-mail address to our "Keep in touch" tool.

Visit https://my.uliege.be/portail/PP_xt/account.do and follow the instructions to create your profile.

Once your profile has been created, you will be able to connect to the services reserved for you  on the MyULiege Alumni portal (Diplomas, ULiège Career Center, myCulture, ISLV, ORBi, etc.) using your personal e-mail address and password.

You can update your information through the data update form.

The data collected will be entered into a computerized file by the Communications Department (ALUMNI ULiège) of the University of Liège. This data will be combined with data from your academic career (identification data, studies completed, year of graduation) in order to :

• Maintain contact between the University of Liège and its Alumni. This will involve sending out invitations to events organized by ULiège, and regularly sending out information on the University's activities, etc. ;
• To allow the administration of the Université de Liège to contact you for the administrative management of your file. (For example, to inform you of the availability of your diploma);
• Inform you of job offers that the University is aware of and that may be of interest to you. This includes access to Jobteaser services, which aim to put potential employers in touch with ULiège alumni;
• Enable alumni associations (specific to faculties or disciplines) to inform you about their activities and offer you the chance to become a member;
• Enable us to carry out surveys among our former students (e.g., a post-master's survey aimed at gaining a better understanding of the career development of ULiège alumni).

This data will be processed on the basis of consent (RGPD, art. 6-1, a.). It will be stored and processed until your consent is withdrawn.

This data may be transmitted to the following third parties: 

• Alumni associations to inform you about their activities and offer you the chance to become a member;
• ASBL Amis de l'Université de Liège, to inform you of their activities and offer you the chance to become a member.
• ASBL Groupe pour HEC-Ecole de gestion de l'Université de Liège, to inform you of their activities and offer you the opportunity to become a member.

In accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679), you may exercise your rights relating to such personal data (right of access, rectification, erasure, limitation, opposition, portability and withdrawal of consent) by contacting the ULiège Data Protection Officer (dpo@uliege.be - Monsieur le Délégué à la Protection des Données, Bât.
